Job Purpose 

Intercontinental Exchange is seeking a motivated, results-oriented IT Support Engineer - Mac to be part of a global team responsible for supporting and advancing our global corporate computing environment. ICE’s IT Support group has reach into every aspect of our fast-paced, dynamic company, using cutting-edge technology and tools to provide for the needs of our users and the company as a whole. The ideal candidate is technically proficient and carries an eager attitude, thorough professionalism, and solid communication skills.

 Core Duties


  • Desktop Support – Performing primary support for macOS and iOS devices, alongside providing support for Windows devices
  • Jamf Pro Administration – Using Jamf Pro to administer the Apple device environment
  • AD and Exchange Provisioning – Maintains users, groups, and DLs
  • File and Print Server Management – Provisioning and troubleshooting
  • Purchasing – Managing the IT purchasing workflow
  • Apple Environment Solutions – Recommending new hardware and solutions to improve Apple device environment and work with other teams to implement
  • Support Ticket Management – Managing the IT Support queue
  • Documentation and Training Developing documentation and training pertaining to Mac OS and Apple hardware environments for IT Support and end users
  • Documenting and effectively publishing IT Engineer responsibilities and repeatable processes

 Exceptional Performer Competencies

  • Mentors IT Analysts and Engineers in groups and individually
  • Effectively documents and publishes role and team responsibilities and repeatable processes
  • Improves processes and introduces superior technology
  • Takes initiative to learn and perform Senior IT Engineer core duties
Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MIS, CIS, or related experience
  • 3+ years’ experience with macOS and Apple hardware
  • Hands-on experience with supporting both macOS and Windows devices in a mixed-OS environment

Preferred Knowledge and Experience 

  • Jamf 200 or 300 Certification 
  • Experience in an exchange, trading facility or financial services
