Job Purpose

ICE Data Services a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange, presents a unique opportunity for a full-time Relationship Manager to join the Global Partners & Redistributors team responsible for managing a set list of clients globally across ICE Data Services suite of products. The RM will be responsible for growing and maintaining revenue within their account base of redistributors & software partners as channels for Pricing & Analytics, Connectivity & Feeds and Bondedge business lines. This individual will work with their EMEA and Asia-Pac team member as well as account managers to assure global coordination with ICE Data Services relationships.

This role is ideally suited to a self-motivated individual who relishes at the forefront of business activities and thrives on their own successes and those of the team. A strong communicator with a solid technical background and good knowledge of the market data and trading environment from a content, technology and networking perspective is required.   We seek someone with polished sales, pipeline management, territory management and closing skills who is highly motivated with the ability to think on their feet, from both a business and technical perspective.

  • Exceed annual sales quota
  • Exceed annual revenue retention
  • Manage territory and work closely with other members of the relationship team to identify and close new opportunities along with maintaining current revenue
  • Managed and develop strong client relationships
  • Work closely with the others outside of sales to provide feedback on any client, prospect or partner requirements
  • Daily CRM and pipeline management

Knowledge and Experience
  • 3+ years sales experience with a focus on financial markets (specifically market data) and ability to consistently exceed individual sales quota
  • Knowledge of accounting, trading, compliance, risk and post trade portfolio valuation uses cases
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Competent CRM-Salesforce skills
  • Proficient in pipeline management and forecasting
  • Solid negotiation skills
  • Solid track record of high close ratio
  • Previous experience working within a data/software vendor, exchange or trading firm
