Knowledge and Experience

This role will seek to advance our Sales Enablement objectives to transform and modernize sales practices and operations and to accelerate sales growth and success through systemization, learning and optimization of sales practices.  The ideal candidate should possess:
  • 3 + years’ experience as a sales and/or account manager selling and supporting a broad range of ICE Data Services products
  • A very high level of familiarity with the various SFDC opportunity record types utilized by our different sales teams for different products
  • An understanding of the various post-close operational processes that are run within ICE DS for different business lines
  • Familiarity with ICE administrative systems and procedures including Billing, Legal contracts and Compliance
  • Understanding of ICD DS products, pricing, commercial use cases and the logic behind fee models
  • Must be highly organized with an ability to put together large and small group meetings for training
  • Have a willingness and ability to travel as necessary to conduct personal coaching in our various sales offices in both the US and EMEA
  • Strong presentation skills and comfortable presenting to groups
  • A desire to build relationships, interact-with and assist other internal teams including IT, SF Admin, Marketing, Product and Delivery
